基于问题式教学模式在医学影像科实习带教中的应用

Application of problem-based learning method in medical imaging practice teaching

目的:探讨在基于问题式学习方法在医学影像学专业实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:2018年7月1日-2020年7月1日在医院实习的医学影像学专业本科同学50人。采用随机数字表法均分为基于问题式学习方法教学组与传统教学组,以掌握实习教学大纲理论和临床实践应用技能为教学目的,对传统教学组采用常规教学模式,对基于问题式学习的教学组采用基于问题式学习的教学模式进行教学。比较两组学员的理论考核成绩、临床实践应用成續。结果;两组间教学组学员理论考核成绩相差不大,差异无统计学意义;临床实际应用考核中发言积极性和参与度、影像征象分析.、影像诊断结果、鉴别诊断分析四个方面成绩均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义。结论:基于问题式学习的教学模式能够充分调动学生积极性。在医学影像学临床实践应用教学中,基于问题式学习方法教学模式相对于传统教学模式具有一定优势。

Objective:To explore the effect of problem-based learning in the teaching of medical imaging students.Methods:Fmm July 1,2018 to July 1,2020,there were 50 undergraduates majoring in medical imaging in our hospital.Using the random number table method were divided into based on problem-based learning method and traditional teaching group,which to master the theory and clinical practice application skill practice teaching outline for teaching purposes,the traditional teaching group with conventional teaching mode,based on problem-based learning method based on faculty teaching method of problem-based learning teaching mode.The results of theoretical examination and clinical practice were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the theoretical assessment results of students.In the clinical practical application assessment,the performance of speaking enthusiasm and participation,imaging sign analysis,imaging diagnosis results and differential diagnosis analysis were all higher than that of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The teaching mode based on the problem learning method can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students.In the teaching of clinical practice of medical imaging,the teaching mode based on question-based learning method has certain advantages compared with the traditional teaching mode.
