单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者应对方式的影响因素研究

Influencing factors of coping style in patients with herpes simplex virus keratitis

目的:探讨单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)患者的应对方式及与生活质量的关系。方法:采取方便抽样的方法选取在眼科就诊的218例HSK患者问卷调查研究,调查内容含患者基本资料、生活质量问卷(SF-36)和医学应对问卷(MCMQ)等三个方面,并统计分析其结果。结果:218例HSK患者MCMQ“面对”得分(2.38±0.21)分显著高于“四避与屈服”得分(1.72±0.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中不同的高龄、低收入、不经常锻炼、睡眠时间每天少于7 h、偏瘦、未经过治疗者其“面对”得分要低,而“回避与屈服”得分要高(P<0.05);患者SF-36的各维度得分与MCMQ“面对”得分呈正相关,与“回避与屈服”得分呈负相关。结论:HSK患者生活质量与应对疾病态度有着显著相关性,,而患者的年龄.职业、收入等影响其应对疾病的态度。

Objective:To explore the relationship between coping style and quality of life in patients with herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods:218 patients with HSK who visited ophthalmology department were selected by convenience sampling method.The questionnaire included basic information of patients,SF-36 and mcmq,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)the mcmq"face to face"score of 218 patients with HSK was(2.381±21)was significantly higher than that of"avoidance and submission"(1.720±14)points(P<0.05).The scores of"facing"were lower,while the scores of"avoiding and yielding"were higher in patients with different age,low income,less exercise,less than 7 hours of sleep per day,thinner and without treatment(P<0.05)(2)The scores of SF-36 were positively correlated with mcmq's"face"scores,and negatively correlated with"avoidance and surrender"scores.Conclusion:there is a significant correlation between the quality of life and the attitude to disease in HSK patients,and the age,occupation and income of patients affect their attitude to disease.
