酒依赖患者对非药物治疗需求体验的质性访谈

A qualitative research on non-drug therapy needs experience of alcohol-dependent patients

目的:探讨酒依赖患者非药物治疗的需求,以降低复饮率。方法:选取安徽省精神卫生中心物质依赖科的12例患.者进行质性访谈。结果:提炼出对非药物治疗需求的3个主题:患者对酒依赖的认识、患者感受的多样化、寻求多渠道帮助。结论:酒依赖患者出院后实行延续性护理;社区医院、电视网络等媒体应重视健康宣教,为酒依赖患者创造良好的社会康复环境。

Objective.To explore the need of non-drug therapy in alcohol-dependent patients,so as to reduce the relapse rate.Methods:A in-depth interview was conducted on 12 main alcohol-dependent patients from the Substance Dependence Department of Anhui Mental Health Center.Results:Three themes were identified for nondrug treatment needs,including views on alcohol dependence,a variety of patients'feelings,and seeking multi-approachesl help.Conclustion:Continuous nursing was carried out after discharge for alcohol dependence patients.Community hospitals,TV,networks and other media should pay attention to health education and create a good social environment for alcohol-dependent patients.
