骨折并发深静脉血栓患者1例的护理体会

Nursing experience of a patient with fractures complicated with deep vein thrombosis

多发助骨骨折是一种常见的胸部外伤,常合并严重的并发症。下肢深静脉血栓形成是较为严重的并发症之一,一旦血栓脱落发生栓塞性疾病,将威胁患者生命安全,一经确诊应立即处理。下腔静脉滤器植入及溶栓术是重要的治疗方式之一。现报道1例多发肋骨骨折合并下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者,经确诊后进行下腔静脉滤器植入及溶栓术治疗,未发生围手术期相关并发症,患者顺利出院。特分享围手术期护理经验,以期为同类型患者提供更好的临床护理。

Multiple rib fractures are common among chest trauma,which are often combined with serious complications.Deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs is one out of those serious complications.Once the thrombus falls off into circulation,embolism occurs as a life-threatening condition.Embolism should be treated immediately while it is diagnosed.Inferior vena cava filter implantation and thrombolysis could be one of the efficient treatments.Here,a patient with multiple rib fractures and combined with deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs is presented.After diagnosis,inferior vena cava filter implantation and thrombolysis was applied to this patient who was discharged smoothly with no perioperative complications.Hereby,we share the perioperative nursing experience in such specific condition for providing better clinical nursing in the future.
