联动救治和多学科合作应用于1例钢筋致颅脑穿通伤患者急救的体会

摘要 钢筋致颅脑穿通伤属于开放性颅脑损伤,多由意外事故等因素导致。因钢筋插入部位特殊,直接取出钢筋危险非常大,处理相当辣手。某医院成功救治1例钢筋插头致颅脑穿通伤。该文总结该患者的临床资料,探讨钢筋致颅脑穿通伤患者急救问题,表明:救治过程中需多方联动和多学科紧密配合,以抢救患者生命,减少术后并发症,改善患者预后。 Craniocerebral puncture injury caused by steel reinforcement belongs to open craniocerebral injury,which is mainly caused by accidents and other factors.Recause of the special insert position of the steel bar,it is very dangerous to take out the steel bar directly,and it is very difficult to deal with.A case of craniocerebral puncture injury caused by reinforcement plug was successfully treated in the Hospital.By summarizing the clinical data of the patient,this paper discussed the multi-party joint treatment and close cooperation in the first aid process of the craniocerebral perforation injury caused by steel bar to save the patient's life,so as to reduce postoperative complications and improve the prognosis of the patient.
