骨科及ICU医护人员对静脉血栓栓塞症知识的调查研究

The investigation on the knowledge of venous thromboembolism by orthopedics and ICU medical staff

目的:分析骨科及ICU的医护人员对静脉血栓检塞症(VTE)的预防、护理及治疗知识的了解情况。方法:自行设计VTE相关知识的调查问卷,对医院的54名骨科医护人员和36名ICU医护人员进行问卷调查,分析医护人员对VTE的了解程度。结果:所有考察的医护人员对VTE都有一定程度的了解,对其基本概念、主要症状、发病因素及基本预防治疗措施方面的了解程度都达到了50%以上,特别是对其发病部位和发病因素了解的比较全面,但在其他方面的知识比较薄弱。结论:被调查医护人员对静脉血栓栓塞症相关知识的总体了解程度较低,医院可组织相应的讲座论坛等学习活动,使医护人员能够进行更深一步系统学习,达到增加对静脉血栓栓塞症了解程度的目的,从而最大限度地降低其发病率和致死致残率。

Objective:To analyze the knowledge of prevention,nursing and treatment about venous thromboembolism(VTE)among medical staff from the orthopedics and ICU departments.Methods:A selfdesigned questionnaire on VTE related knowledge was conducted.Eighteen of orthopaedic medical staff and twelve of ICU medical staff in the hospital were required to complete the questionnaire to investigate their knowledge about VTE.Results:All the inspected medical staff had a certain degree of understanding of VTE,and the correct rate of their answers about basic concepts,main symptoms,pathogenic factors and basic preventive and therapeutic measures reached more than 50%,especially for the pathogenic site and pathogenic factors of VTE.However,their knowledge in other areas is weak.Conclusions:The surveyed medical staff had a weak understanding of the knowledge about venous thromboembolism.The hospital could organize relevant lecture forums and other learning activities,so that medical staff can carry out further systematic learning to increase the understanding of venous thromboembolism and minimized its morbidity.
