摘要
电站脱硫废水硫酸钙饱和,主要含硫酸镁和氯化钠等组分。本文通过电站脱硫废水零排放石灰、纯碱法或烧碱、纯碱法预处理工艺分析成本很高。建议参考制盐钙型卤水石膏晶种法工艺蒸发浓缩脱硫废水、冷冻分离浓缩液中硫酸镁盐、制镁母液蒸发制盐、制盐母液干化杂盐工艺,供同行参考。
The desulfurization wastewater of power plant is saturated with calcium sulfate and mainly contains magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride.This paper analyzes the high cost of zero discharge lime,soda ash pre-process or caustic soda ash pre-process for desulfurization wastewater of power station.It is suggested to refer to the process of evaporation and concentration of desulphurization wastewater by calcium brine gypsum crystal seed method,the process of freezing separation of magnesium sulfate salt in concentrated solution,the process of evaporation of magnesium mother liquor for making salt,and the process of drying mixed salt of mother liquor for making salt,for the reference of the same industry.
