关于消除制盐结晶器内钙芒硝产生的一种方法

A Method for Eliminating the Production of Calcium Mirabilite in a Salt-Making Crystallizer

针对河北中盐龙祥盐化有限公司MVR制盐项目在生产过程中遇到的盐品盐质不合格的问题,主要研究了不合格的原因,以及解决办法;盐品盐质不合格主要是由于钙芒硝在结晶器中产生,与氯化钠晶体共沉,盐腿不能将其淘洗出来造成的;解决办法就是控制结晶器内的硫酸钠含量。

Aiming at the problem of unqualified salt products in the production process of MVR salt production project of Hebei CNSIC Longxiang Salt and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,this paper mainly studies the causes of disqualification,and solutions:the unqualified salt quality is mainly due to glauberite produced in the crystallizerco precipitation with sodium chloride crystals,salt leg cannot be washed out.The solution is to control the sodium sulfate content in the mold.
