浅谈机电工程施工管理的问题及相应的处理对策

Briefly Discussion of the Problems of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Construction Management and Corresponding Countermeasures

在我国盐业建设工程管理项目中,机电工程施工管理仍存在较多技术问题,其主要内容包括:管理制度和模式较为落后、工作人员综合素质不高、设计不科学不合理等问题,从而导致了管理工作缺乏科学性和实效性,不仅不利于保证机电工程的整体质量,还会影响工程的安全,甚至影响机电行业的发展。本文针对机电工程施工过程中的这些问题提出了需要采取的解决对策,以供同行参考。

In China’s salt industry construction engineering management projects,mechanical and electrical engineering construction management still has many technical problems,the main contents include:The management system and mode are relatively backward,the comprehensive quality of the staff is not high,the design is not scientific and unreasonable,which leads to the lack of scientific and effective management,not only to ensure the overall quality of mechanical and electrical engineering,but also will affect the safety of the project,and even affect the development of mechanical and electrical industry.In view of these problems in the process of mechanical and electrical engineering construction,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to be taken for the reference of peers.
