摘要 以某食品生产车间为例,依托物联网技术,以三维模型为可视化载体设计了完整的数字孪生系统。该系统主要聚焦于机器设备的运维管理过程,根据实际车间场景在虚拟三维空间搭建仿真模型,并融合物理车间的实时生产数据,反映实际场景中空间、环境、质量、产量等物理信息,实时反馈生产设备状况,形成“闭环式”运维管理模式,达到实时跟踪监控的目的,从而保证生产过程与成品封装的对应关系,保证产品质量,实现对产品整个生产周期的追溯功能,提升食品生产车间的数字化水平。 Taking the three-dimensional modeling as the visual carrier,a complete digital twin system of a food processing workshop was formed based on the Internet of Things.The system was mainly focused on operations management stage machinery and equipment.According to the practical workshop scene,the simulation model was built in virtual 3d space structures.The physical workshop of real-time production data was fused to reflect the physical information of the actual scene space,such as environment,quality and the production could be real-time feedback health problems of production line equipment to form a“closed loop”operations management pattern so as to achieve the purpose of real-time tracking and monitoring,and to ensure the corresponding relationship between the production process and the packaging of finished products.This indirectly ensured the quality of products,and realized the traceability of the whole production cycle of products,and thus the digital degree of the production workshop was greatly improved.
