摘要 为制定某大型冶金制造企业搬迁项目中新厂区物流规划的设计方案,基于Plant Simulation平台对全厂物流系统进行了参数化、模块化建模。通过算法导入数据、控制各种逻辑规则,进行了仿真实验和分析。通过仿真,优化了全厂物流规划的设计方案。通过优化,减少项目投资成本288万元。 Aiming at the whole plant logistics planning and design scheme in the new plant relocation project of a large metallurgical manufacturing enterprise,the parametric and modular modeling of the whole plant logistics system is carried out based on the plant simulation platform.The data is imported through the algorithm,various logic rules are controlled,and simulation tests and simulation analysis are carried out.Through simulation analysis,the original planning and design scheme is verified and optimized.Practice verification shows that the investment cost of the project is reduced by 2.88 million Yuan.
