摘要 用气相分子吸收光谱法测定水中总氮,对检出限、精密度、准确度和回收率进行测定,测定水样保存7天的总氮结果无明显变化。实验结果表明,该方法分析快速,操作简单,灵敏度和准确度高,适用于水质样品总氮分析检测。 Total nitrogen in water was determined by gas phase molecular absorption spectroscopy in this paper,the detection limit,precision,accuracy and recovery rate were determined.The results of total nitrogen in water stored for 7 days showed no significant change.The results show that the method had the advantages of fast analysis,simple operation,high sensitivity and accuracy,and can be used for the determination of total nitrogen in water.
