采矿业是一把双刃剑,它为经济发展提供能源和矿产原材料,也在发展的同时对生态环境造成了污染。从国家和区域经济发展的战略角度来看,矿业发展绝不允许环境受到破坏,在矿山开采和发掘期间,对生态环境也应进行合理的保护。文章通过对广西铝业开采发掘的现状,以及绿色矿山战略实施的现状进行分析,针对绿色矿山战略中的复垦还耕措施进行研究,以此总结出广西铝业绿色矿山战略取得的成就。

The mining industry is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it provides energy and mineral raw materials for economic development. On the other hand, while it is developing, it also pollutes the ecological environment. From the strategic point of view of national and regional economic development, mining development will never allow the environment to be destroyed. During mining and excavation, the ecological environment should also be reasonably protected. This article analyzes the current status of aluminum mining and excavation in Guangxi and the implementation of the green mining strategy, and studies the measures of reclamation and returning to farming in the green mining strategy, and summarizes the achievements of the green mining strategy of the aluminum industry in Guangxi.
