摘要
文章首先介绍了氨法脱硫的主要工艺,紧接着从氧化风机节能、循环泵节能、节约水耗、硫铵脱水系统节能、浆液管道节能、吸收塔节能、加氨系统节能等方面,探讨了氨法脱硫系统节能优化的具体措施,最后对有关研究和设计人员提出几点建议,以期实现脱硫系统的环境效益和经济效益的最大化。
This article first introduces the main process of ammonia desulfurization.Then,discusses the specific measures of energy-saving optimization of ammonia desulfurization system,energy saving from oxidation fan,circulating pump,water consumption,sulfur Energy-saving ammonium dehydration system,energy saving of slurry pipeline,energy-saving absorption tower,energy-saving ammonia addition system,etc.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to related researchers and designers in order to maximize the environmental and economic benefits of the desulfurization system.
