摘要
空压机智能控制系统一般采用模糊控制与PID控制相结合的控制系统,可实现空压机变负荷控制,提高空压机运行效率,并且采用节能技术(生产需求最优压力供给、系统优化、余热回收)能够降低空压机机群的运行成本。而引进空压机控制系统的维护成本较高,因此开发基于DCS组态软件Visual Field设计的监测系统是非常有必要的。
Intelligent control system adopts fuzzy control and PID control,which could realize the variable load control of air compressor and improve the operation efficiency of air compressor.And energy saving technology(optimal pressure supply of production demand,system optimization,and waste heat recovery)could reduce the operation cost of air compressor group.The maintenance cost of the air compressor control system was high,so it was necessary to develop the monitoring system based on the DCS configuration software Visual Field design.
