摘要
目前,空分装置被广泛应用于传统的冶金、新型煤化工、大型氮肥、专业气体供应等领域,在生产过程中具有一定的火灾、爆炸危险性。文章结合近年来相关事故案例通过对其工艺、结构和危险性进行分析,并提出预防措施。
At present,air separation units are widely used in traditional metallurgy,new coal chemical industry,large-scale nitrogen fertilizer,professional gas supply and other fields.They have certain fire and explosion risks in the production process.Combined with relevant accident cases in recent years,this paper analyzes its process,structure and risk,and puts forward preventive measures,in order to provide reference for emergency disposal of such accidents.
