摘要
为贯彻落实人才兴企战略方针,某油田以开展师带徒活动为重要抓手,通过长期摸索并持续优化提升,形成了一套较为成熟的管理体系,主要包括:师带徒原则、师傅应具备的条件及职责、徒弟应具备的条件及职责、师徒关系确定、师带徒注意事项等内容。通过师带徒活动的开展,徒弟能够广泛汲取油田生产操作经验,快速有效提升石油专业技能,同时,对于提升职业技能鉴定考试通过率、在石油行业职业技能大赛以及知识竞赛中争金夺银起到了很好的促进作用。
In order to implement the strategic policy of developing enterprises with talents,an operation company has developed a relatively mature management system through long-term exploration and continuous optimization,which mainly includes:the principle of teacher leading apprentice,the conditions and responsibilities of master,the conditions and responsibilities of apprentice,the determination of the relationship between master and apprentice,the matters needing attention of teacher leading apprentice,etc.Through the development of the activity,the apprentices can widely learn from the production operation experience,quickly and effectively improve their professional skills.At the same time,it plays a very good role in promoting the passing rate of the vocational skills appraisal examination and competing for gold and silver in the vocational skills competition and knowledge competition.
