基于精细化、流程化方法,提出了一套可行的发射场流程构建方法,并在型号上开展了应用研究,旨在有效固化发射场工作经验,解决发射场人为责任、重复性等问题,将质量管控要求融入到工作流程中,实现发射场工作的精准管控,切实提高工作效率、工作质量,为发射场的质量管理提供一种有效的途径和方法。

Based on refinement and flow method,this paper proposes a set of feasible launch site process construction methods,and carries out application research for a project,aiming at effectively solidifying the work experience of the launch site,solving the problems such as human responsibility of the launch site,integrating the quality control requirements into the work process,realizing the precise control of the launch site work,and effectively improving the work efficiency and efficiency.It provides a new way and method for the launch site quality management.
