摘要
从失圆量值及其危害性的角度准确诊断失圆严重程度并指导合理的镟修是重要的研究内容,从机理角度探讨了目前对于踏面失圆的诊断技术手段的研究及应用现状,提出了一种融合加速度重积分及多阶振动谱的车轮失圆诊断方法。
The emphasis of this paper is to diagnose the degree of out-of-roundness from the angle of vector circle value and its harmfulness,and to guide reasonable turning.This paper discusses the current research and application status of out of round diagnosis technology from the perspective of mechanism.In this paper,a diagnosis method of wheel tread out of round based on vibration displacement filtering and multi order acceleration spectrum is proposed.
