Optimization of Technology System of Quality Major of Technology Infrastructure in National Defense Science and Technology Industry

质量专业是国防科技工业技术基础领域的重要组成部分。为了适应新时期武器装备与国防发展要求,质量专业技术体系需要持续改进完善。按照系统工程的思想,需要首先明确新时期技术体系的功能定位,以及技术体系带动专业能力形成过程中的要素组成、相互逻辑关系等,在此基础上,提出了新的质量专业技术体系分类分层方式,优化了技术体系框架,并从技术体系自身和重点技术领域两方面给出了未来发展的方向和重点。

Quality major is an important part of technology infrastructure of national defense science and technology industry.In order to meet the requirements of equipment and national defense development in the new period,technology system of quality major needs continuous improvement.According to the system engineering,this paper clarifies the function orientation of technology system in the new era,as well as the composition of elements,the mutual logical relationship and the basic process of driving the formation of professional ability by the construction of technology system.Based on the mentioned above,a new classification of quality technology is proposed.The framework of quality technology system has been optimized.And the development direction and emphasis from the quality technology system and key technologies are put forward.
