摘要
数字化柔性生产是当前机械制造自动化的发展趋势,数字化柔性生产单元非常适合中小企业的需要,其发展潜力非常大。基于一种新型精密旋转轴数字化柔性生产单元的设计,对精密轴类件加工进行自动化集成,完成从粗到精加工全过程以及数字化柔性化生产。生产线以13种航空零部件为对象,建成一条具有数字化、自动化功能的柔性生产单元,并重点描述了其自动化车削的设计方案。以10号零件为例,经实践证明,该自动化车削方案可行有效,不仅满足了零件的加工要求,提高了生产效率,而且实现了高速、高精度、高效率的加工。
The digitization and flexibility production was the development trend of mechanical manufacturing automation.The digitization and flexibility production unit was very suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises,which had tremendous development potential.Based on the design of a new digitization and flexibility production unit,the machining of precision shaft parts was automatically integrated,which finished the whole process from coarseness to precision and the digital flexible production.The production line took 13 kinds of aviation components as the researching objects,a flexible production unit with digital and automatic functions was built,and the design scheme of the automatic turning was described emphatically.Took the No.10 part for an example,the practice proved that the scheme was feasible and effective,which could not only meet the machining requirements of the part,but also could improve the production efficiency,including realizing the high speed,the high precision,the high efficiency machining.
