摘要
深井超长工作面回采时间跨度大、深部围岩地应力高,引起两巷强烈的矿压显现,给安全生产带来极大的难题。通过对两淮矿区深井超长工作面巷压治理过程中出现的突出问题进行分析研究,并基于某典型深井超长工作面的工程实践,对工作面上覆岩层运动规律及巷压显现进行详细分析。采用合理确定超前支护范围、强化支护体系、控制巷道变形等一系列技术手段对两巷矿压进行有效治理,在安全高产高效回采上得到了新的技术进展,为深井超长工作面两巷矿压治理积累了宝贵的经验。工程实践表明,通过关键技术攻关及科技创新,能够实现深井超长工作面的高产高效回采,有效治理两巷矿山压力,技术成果为深井超长工作面安全高效回采积累了宝贵的实践经验,具有重要的参考价值。
The long mining time and high in-situ stress of deep surrounding rock in super long working face of deep mine cause strong ground pressure behavior in two roadways,which brings great problems to safety production.Through the analysis and research on the prominent problems in the roadway pressure treatment of deep mine super long working face in Huainan and Huaibei mining area,and based on the engineering practice of a typical deep mine super long working face,the movement law of overburden and roadway pressure behavior of working face are analyzed in detail.By adopting a series of technical means such as reasonably determining the advance support range,strengthening the support system and controlling the roadway deformation,the two roadway ground pressure is effectively controlled,which ensures the safe,high-yield and efficient mining of the working face,and accumulates valuable experience for the two roadway ground pressure control of deep mine super long working face.Engineering practice shows that through key technical breakthrough and scientific and technological innovation,high-yield and high-efficiency mining of deep mine super long working face can be realized,and the mine pressure of two roadways can be effectively controlled.The technical achievements have accumulated valuable practical experience for safe and efficient mining of deep mine super long working face and have important reference value.
