黄陵二矿煤自燃预测预报指标气体分析试验 被引量:1

摘要 为确保黄陵二矿煤自燃预测预报的时效性、准确性,利用煤自然发火实验与气相色谱仪,对黄陵二矿煤样自然升温所产生的气体进行试验研究。试验结果表明,当煤温为65~75℃时,氧化升温开始加快,当煤温为95~115℃时,氧化升温迅速加快,由此判断黄陵二矿煤自燃临界温度为65~75℃,干裂温度为95~115℃。根据单一指标气体及复合指标气体分析结果,黄陵二号煤矿煤层自燃预测预报可选用CO作为指标性气体,C_(2)H_(4)、CH_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)、烷烯比(C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6))可选作辅助指标气体。 In order to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of coal spontaneous combustion prediction in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine,the gas generated by natural heating of coal samples from Huangling No.2 Coal Mine was analyzed by using coal spontaneous combustion experiment and gas chromatograph.The test results show that when the coal temperature is 65~75℃,the heating rate of oxidation begins to accelerate,and when the coal temperature is 95~115℃,the oxidation temperature rises rapidly.Therefore,it is judged that the critical temperature of coal spontaneous combustion in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine is 65~75℃and the dry crack temperature is 95~115℃.According to the analysis results of single index gas and composite index gas,CO can be used as index gas for coal spontaneous combustion prediction,and C_(2)H_(4),CH_(4)/C_(2)H_(6)and alkene ratio(C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6))can be used as auxiliary index gas in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine.
