摘要
矿井水害严重威胁着矿井的安全生产,为了有针对性地制定水害防治措施,冶坪煤矿在进行开采设计时对可能存在的水害类型及威胁程度进行了研判。从充水水源出发,结合采空区积水和地下水补给等水文资料,认为应重点做好洛河组含水层的防水工作,而延安组和直罗组、地表水、大气降水对矿井的生产影响较小。开拓工程位置及层位选择时,应保证大巷涌水的排出,在实际采掘工作中必须执行“有疑必探、先探后掘”的探水原则,探放水方法应以钻探为主,并严格按照所制定获批的作业规程操作,而地表水防治时应以工业场地沟道改移和排水沟修筑为主。相关的分析方法和思路,可以为类似条件的矿井水害防治工作提供一定借鉴。
Mine water hazards seriously threaten the safety of mine production.In order to formulate water disaster prevention and control measures,the possible types and threat degree of water hazard were studied and judged in the mining design of Yeping Coal Mine.Starting from the water filling source,combined with the hydrological data of goaf water and groundwater recharge,it is considered that the waterproof work of Luohe formation aquifer should be done well,while Yan’an formation and Zhiluo formation,surface water and atmospheric precipitation have little impact on mine production.When selecting the location and horizon of the development project,the drainage of water gushing from the main roadway shall be ensured.In the actual mining work,the water exploration principle of“exploring in doubt,exploring before tunneling”must be implemented.The water exploration shall focus on drilling and operate in strict accordance with the approved operation procedures,while the surface water prevention shall focus on the relocation of ditches in industrial sites and the construction of drainage ditches.The relevant analysis methods and ideas can provide some reference for water disaster prevention and control in mines with similar conditions.
