甄家沟煤矿“等采高”薄煤层采煤机智能化工作面探索 被引量:4

摘要 薄煤层开采受煤层厚度限制,存在采高低、采煤机经常割顶或割底,设备选型配套难,磨损大、故障率高、维修量大、工人工作条件差、设备移动困难,矿井采掘比大、掘进率高,采煤工作面接替紧张、经济效益差等难题。甄家沟煤矿是一座资源整合后新建矿井,为了从根本上改善工作面工作环境,探索采用“等采高”薄煤层采煤机,降低采煤机割煤高度,同时装备工作面智能化控制系统,实现工作面无人化、少人化,将采煤工作班工作人数降到3~4人,以提高矿井生产效益。项目实施后将为子长矿区及类似矿区的薄及极薄煤层高产高效开采提供借鉴。 Limited by the thickness of coal seam,there are many problems in thin coal seam mining,such as small mining height,frequent roof or floor cutting by shearer,difficult equipment selection and matching,large wear and tear,high failure rate,large amount of maintenance,poor working conditions of workers,difficult equipment movement,high tunneling rate,tight replacement of working face,poor economic benefits and so on.Zhenjiagou Coal Mine is a newly-built mine after resource integration.In order to fundamentally improve the working environment of the working face,the“equal mining height”thin coal seam shearer is adopted to reduce the coal cutting height of the shearer.At the same time,the working face is equipped with intelligent control system to realize the unmanned and fewer people of the working face,and reduce the number of working people in the coal mining shift to 3~4,so as to improve the production efficiency of the mine.The implementation of the project will provide reference for the high-yield and efficient mining of thin and extremely thin coal seams in Zichang mining area and similar mining areas.
