支架过冒顶区施工方法

摘要 随着矿井开采深度的不断增加,回采工作面地质条件日益复杂,复合顶板、软岩顶板、地质构造等情况更为常见。复杂地质条件下顶板的支护工作更为困难,容易在回采工作面位置出现冒顶,造成人员伤亡、设备损毁、生产中止等事故。以雅店煤矿1101综采工作面为例,在支架过冒顶区时,通过施工超前通道的方法解决冒顶区煤机无法通过、支架无法前移的问题,为工作面安全快速通过冒顶区提供技术保障,也为同类型工作面遇到类似问题提供借鉴。 With the continuous increase of mining depth,the geological conditions of mining face are becoming more and more complex,and composite roof,soft rock roof and geological structure are more common.Under complex geological conditions,roof support is more difficult,and roof fall is easy to occur at the mining face,resulting in casualties,equipment damage,production suspension and other accidents.Taking the 1101 fully mechanized mining face of Yadian Coal Mine as an example,when the hydraulic support passes through the roof falling area,the problem that the shearer in the roof falling area cannot pass through and the hydraulic support cannot move forward is solved by the method of construction advance channel,which provides technical guarantee for the safe and rapid passage of the working face through the roof falling area,and also has reference value for similar problems encountered in coal working face.
