矿用无极绳绞车钢丝绳更换方法优化与实践

Optimization and practice of wire rope replacement method for mine endless rope winch

矿用无极绳绞车钢丝绳由于使用频繁、强度大,容易造成钢丝绳疲劳、断丝,安全性能下降,特别是主运输大巷无极绳绞车,钢丝绳使用半年就需进行更换。以往通用的方法主要利用无极绳梭车牵引新的钢丝绳,以实现对新绳的布设,这种更换方法费时费力且不易操作。通过反复摸索,对以往的钢丝绳更换方法进行优化改进,提出将新旧绳进行插接、用旧绳拉新绳的方法。优化后的新方法工序简单、易于操作,且作业安全性高,经多次实践应用,可以节省一半的人力和时间成本。

Due to the frequent use and large stress of the wire rope of the mine endless rope winch,it is easy to cause fatigue and wire breakage of the wire rope,resulting in the decline of safety performance.In particular,the wire rope for endless rope winch in the main transportation roadway needs to be replaced after half a year.In the past,the endless rope shuttle car was usually used to replace the wire rope,which was time-consuming,laborious and difficult to operate.Through repeated practice,the replacement method of wire rope by connecting old and new ropes and pulling new ropes with old ropes is put forward.The optimized method has the advantages of simple process,easy operation and high operation safety.Many practical applications show that the new method can save half of the labor and time cost.
