摘要
随着智能制造2025的普及,为了提高井下输送设备的运行效率、降低设备的维护成本、减少设备停机时间,越来越多的井下输送设备有了自己的私人医生——设备健康管理系统。而一套好的设备健康管理系统一定要有一套好的设计作为基础,本文结合健康管理系统的可靠性、健壮性、可修改性、先进性、可扩展性、安全性等多个角度,介绍了井下输送设备健康管理系统设计的架构设计、数据库设计、系统功能设计、系统界面设计等,重点介绍了一些关键技术点,如SaaS系统的技术架构、多租户数据库模型、数据库系统选型、独立线程数据同步、主要功能、界面选型等,为开发井下输送设备健康管理系统打下了坚实的基础。
With the popularization of intelligent manufacturing 2025,in order to improve the operation efficiency of underground transportation equipment,reduce equipment maintenance cost and decrease equipment downtime,more and more underground transportation equipment are equipped with equipment health management system.A good equipment health management system must have a good design as the foundation.Combined with the reliability,robustness,repairability,advanced nature,scalability and security of health management system,the paper introduces the underground transportation equipment health management system’s structure design,database design,system function design and system interface design,and some key technologies,such as the technical framework of SaaS system,multi tenant database model,database system selection,independent thread data synchronization,main functions,interface selection,and so on,which lays a solid foundation for the development of the underground transportation equipment health management system.
