摘要
裴沟煤矿31151回风巷掘进期间受北部采空区积水影响,通过方案比较采用低位岩巷穿层探放水技术对上部采空区积水进行超前探放,煤巷掘进期间采用瞬变电磁超前物探方法对钻探效果进行验证,并在后期施工过程中对原设计中存在的问题和不足之处进行了修改和完善。巷道掘进后实揭地质及水文地质情况对钻探、物探结果进一步验证,三者在结果上达到较高的一致性,表明低位岩巷穿层探放水技术在采空区水害治理方面的应用具有很强的操作性,节省了灾害治理成本,实现了煤巷掘进工作面的免停头掘进,有效减缓了采掘接续紧张的局面。该技术的应用创造了较高的经济效益,对相似条件的矿井具有较高的参考价值。
During the excavation of 31151 return air roadway in Peigou Coal Mine,it is affected by the goaf water in the northern.Through scheme comparison,the water exploration and drainage technology of lower rock roadway is used to detect and discharge the water in the upper goaf in advance.During coal roadway excavation,the transient electromagnetic advanced geophysical method is used to verify the water exploration and drainage effect,and the problems and deficiencies existing in the original design are modified and improved in the later construction process.After roadway excavation,the actual geological and hydrogeological conditions further verify the drilling and geophysical exploration results,and the results are highly consistent,indicating that the application of water exploration and drainage technology by lower rock roadway in goaf water disaster control has strong operability,saves the cost of disaster control,realizes non-stop excavation of coal roadway excavation face,and effectively alleviates the tense situation of mining continuity.The application of this technology has created high economic benefits and has high reference value for mines with similar conditions.
