摘要
为推动改革的积极性,以煤炭企业党委及时建立容错纠错机制的紧迫性和必要性为切入点,探讨煤炭企业应该深化改革创新的领域。分析做好顶层设计,建立容错纠错机制的原则及关键要素,指出各级纪检监察组织应该准确把握运用好“四种形态”,积极以“三个区分开来”对干部的失误错误进行综合分析,激励、保护干事创业的干部。
In order to promote the enthusiasm of reform,taking the urgency and necessity of the Party committee of coal enterprises to establish the fault tolerant and error correction mechanism in time as the starting point,the fields in which coal enterprises should deepen reform and innovation are discussed.By analyzing the principles and key elements of establishing top-level design and fault tolerant and error correction mechanism,the paper points out that discipline inspection and supervision organizations at all levels should accurately grasp and apply the“four forms”,actively conduct a comprehensive analysis of cadres’mistakes with the“three distinctions”,and encourage and protect cadres who start businesses.
