Dacromet is a new and high technology of surface treatment in the world,which has the ad‐vantages of no pollution,high corrosion resistance and no hydrogen embrittlement.In this paper,Dac‐romet technology is introduced in detail from the aspects of technical characteristics,solution types and composition,coating quality standard,treatment process and equipment.The application of Dacromet technology in elastic parts of a product is analyzed,and the future application prospect of the technolo‐gy is prospected.
