摘要
采用静态失重法、极化曲线法、交流阻抗法等研究了2024铝合金,铝LY12,铸铝ZL101和铝镁合金在市售两种常见汽车防冻液中的腐蚀行为。研究表明,几种铝合金材料在两种汽车防冻液中的初期腐蚀速率相差较大,腐蚀速率随时间的增加呈现减小趋势。失重法、极化曲线以及交流阻抗的测试结果表明几种铝合金材料在2号汽车防冻液中的腐蚀较轻,说明2号汽车防冻液更适合于铝合金材料的汽车发动机使用。
The corrosion behavior of 2024 aluminum alloy,aluminum LY12,cast aluminum ZL101 and aluminum magnesium alloy in commercial automobile antifreeze was evaluated by static weight loss method,polarization curve method and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The re‐sults show that the initial corrosion rates of several aluminum alloys in two kinds of automobile anti‐freeze are great different,and the corrosion rate decrease with the increase of time.The results of weight loss test,polarization curve and EIS test show that the corrosion of several aluminum alloy mate‐rials in the No.2 automobile antifreeze is lighter,which indicates that No.2 automobile antifreeze is more suitable for the use of aluminum alloy materials in automobile engines.
