摘要
目的探讨家庭环境及家庭功能干预对学龄期肺炎患儿不良情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法2018年8月至2019年8月选取学龄期肺炎患儿70例,根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组(n=35)及对照组(n=35),对照组实施呼吸内科常规性护理指导,观察组实施家庭环境及家庭功能干预,比较两组患儿干预前不良情绪、治疗依从性及预后情况。结果观察组干预后儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组治疗依从性评分超过对照组(P<0.05),观察组气促消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、退热时间和平均住院天数较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论家庭环境和家庭功能干预能降低学龄期肺炎患儿的不良情绪,增强其治疗依从性,从而改善患者临床症状,促进患儿预后。
Objective To explore the influence of family environment and family function intervention on self-management and treatment compliance of school-age children with pneumonia.Methods 70 cases of children with pneumonia of school age were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to the table of random numbers,the observation group was treated with the intervention of family environment and family function from August 2018 to August 2019.The self-management ability,treatment compliance,and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SCARED and DSRSC of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The compliance score of the observation group was higher than the control group after intervention(P<0.05),and the time of cough disappearance,shortness of breath disappearance,and antipyretic of the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of family environment and family function can improve the self-management ability and treatment compliance of school-age children with pneumonia.
