摘要
犬尿氨酸代谢途径(KP)是大多数哺乳动物色氨酸分解代谢的主要途径,KP代谢可以产生多种具有生物活性的中间产物,如犬尿氨酸、犬尿酸、3-羟基犬尿氨酸、黄尿酸等。这些分解代谢物浓度的增加与多种心血管疾病密切相关(CVD),本文综述了近年来犬尿氨酸代谢途径在主动脉瘤及其相关风险因素中的研究进展,讨论针对KP信号通路对主动脉瘤的治疗潜力。
Kynurenine pathway is the main pathway of tryptophan catabolism in most mammals.KP metabolism can produce a variety of biologically active intermediates,such as kynurenine,kynurenic acid,3-hydroxykynurenine,Xanthuric acid,etc.The increased concentrations of these metabolites are closely associated with a variety of cardiovascular diseases(CVD).In this review,the research progress of KP in aortic aneurysm and its associated risk factors is reviewed,and the therapeutic potential of targeting the KP signaling pathway for an aortic aneurysm is discussed.
