基于大数据平台的科研病种库系统设计与实现

Design and realization of big data platform-based research disease database system

目的:基于大数据平台设计科研病种库系统,实现一体化专病科研工作。方法:该系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)体系结构,采用ASP.NET MVC4实现分层技术架构,将展示层、业务层和数据访问层分离。整个系统包括项目管理模块、病例管理模块、随访管理模块和数据利用管理模块4个部分。结果:该系统在四川大学华西医院临床科室得到广泛应用,沉淀了大量用户以及科研项目,优化了科研流程,提升了科研效率。结论:基于大数据平台的科研病种库系统可支撑临床回顾性研究与前瞻性研究,全方面覆盖临床科研需求,具有较好的实用价值。

Objective To develop a big data platform-based research disease database system to facilitate integrated scientific research of special diseases.Methods A big data platform-based research disease database system was established with a Browser/Server(B/S)architecture,which used ASP.NET MVC4 to implement a layered technical architecture,separating the presentation layer,business layer and data access layer.There were four management modules involved in the system for project,medical cases,follow-up and data utilization.Results The system developed its advantages in user accumulation,project facilitating,process optimization and efficiency promotion after being applied in the clinical departments of West China Hospital of Sichuan University.Conclusion The system developed provides support for both retrospective and prospective clinical studies,meeting all aspects of clinical research needs,and is of high practical value.
