高职院校跨境电商复合型人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Cross-border E-commerce Compound Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

“一带一路”倡议对跨境电商具有极大的推动作用,也对复合型人才培养提出新的要求。文章简述福建省高职院校跨境电商人才培养存在的问题,并从“课程共融,培养复合型人才”“‘内培+外聘’,强化师资队伍”“重视实训,推动创新创业”“立足海西,加强校企合作”等方面,探讨福建省高职院校跨境电商复合型人才培养路径。

The"one belt,one road"initiative has a great impetus to cross-border electricity providers,and also puts forward new requirements for the training of compound talents.This paper briefly describes the problems existing in the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province,and discusses the training path of cross-border e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges in fujian province from the aspects of"curriculum integration,training compound talents""'internal training+external employment',strengthening teachers""paying attention to practical training,promoting innovation and entrepreneurship""based on Haixi and strengthening school enterprise cooperation".
