Affected by the epidemic,the employment of college graduates is facing some challenges.Colleges and universities should focus on serving students,take the concept of"three complete education"as the guidance,and do a good job in the employment of graduates with quality and quantity in combination with the actual situation of students.Teachers should assess the situation,strengthen organization and leadership,and create a pattern of full participation in work;overcome difficulties,pay close attention to implementation,and build a"three hearts+three fine"work system;forge ahead,adhere to self-improvement,and create a characteristic work brand.
