摘要 学生以策划者、组织者的角色参与社区文化治理,可以提升自我认知,提高沟通能力和解决实际问题的能力,还可以促进家长、教师、社区人士的主动参与,提高社区文化建设效果。文章以中学生为参与主体的街道与学校合作项目年俗文化庙会“龙娃暖心站”义卖活动策划组织过程为例,剖析家长、教师、学生、社区人士等在参与社区文化治理中如何创生动态的多元赋能学习场。 Students'participation in community cultural governance as planners and organizers can not only improve their self-awareness,communication ability and the ability to solve practical problems,but also promote the active participation of parents,teachers and community people,and improve the effect of community cultural construction.Taking the planning and organization process of the charity sale of"longwa warm heart station",a street and school cooperation project with middle school students as the main participants,this paper analyzes the way of creating a dynamic multi enabling learning field in participating in community cultural governance by parents,teachers,students and community people.
