摘要
对于新教师而言,教学活动的研磨是一个磨人、磨成长的过程,是新教师专业化发展必不可少的环节之一。文章从探究具体方法入手提出新教师专业化发展的培养方法,包括:一磨——磨教案,调整教案结构,二磨——磨细节,关注幼儿本位,三磨——磨自身,锻炼教育机智。通过“三磨”这样反复探索的过程,新教师对于活动实践的把握必然会有进一步的认识和提升。
For new teachers,the grinding of teaching activities is a process of grinding people and growth,and it is one of the essential links for the professional development of new teachers.Starting with exploring the specific methods,this paper puts forward the training methods of new teachers'professional development,including:first grinding,grinding the teaching plan,adjusting the structure of the teaching plan,second grinding,grinding the details,paying attention to children's standard,third grinding,grinding itself,and exercising educational wit.Through the repeated exploration process of"three grinding",new teachers'grasp of activity practice is bound to have further understanding and improvement.
