职业生涯规划课程是特色课程体系当中的一门课程,职业生涯规划课程的关键性在于该课程对高中生未来就业具有积极的指导作用。文章从普通高中开设职业生涯规划课程的依据、意义、思路和目标体系四个角度对这门课程进行探讨,旨在引导学生对自己的未来进行合理规划,帮助学生建立职业生涯规划的目标体系,使之朝着自己的目标努力奋斗。

Career planning course is one of the characteristic courses.The key of career planning course is that it plays a positive"guiding"role in the future employment of senior middle school students.This paper arranges and explores the career planning course from four aspects:the basis,significance,ideas and goal system.It aims to guide students to make a reasonable plan for their future,help students establish the goal system of career planning,and make them strive towards their own goals.
