心理委员胜任力调查分析与对策探究

Investigation,Analysis and Countermeasures on the Competence of Psychological Committee Members

心理委员是心理健康活动的组织者、心理健康知识的宣传者,也是心理健康的守护者和心理健康的朋辈咨询者。文章对沈阳理工大学心理委员胜任力情况进行问卷调查和访谈,分析影响心理委员胜任力的各种因素,并针对心理委员的选拔与考核、心理委员的培养计划方面提出改善的对策。

Psychological committee members are organizers of mental health activities,propagandists of mental health knowledge,guardians of mental health and peer counselors of mental health.This paper makes a questionnaire survey and interview on the competence of psychological members of Shenyang University of Technology,analyzes various factors affecting the competence of psychological members,and puts forward some improvement countermeasures for the selection and assessment of psychological members and the training plan of psychological members.
