摘要
为解决电厂锅炉脱硝系统中过量喷氨引发空预器堵塞、催化剂老化、氨逃逸率较大等系列难题,分析了当前脱硝系统存在的问题,通过改进现有的喷氨系统,优化喷氨控制方式,实现精准喷氨控制,最终达到提高电厂经济效益和综合环保水平的效果,有利于在同类机组中推广使用。
In order to solve the power plant boiler denitration system caused by excessive ammonia injection air preheater clogging,catalyst aging,large ammonia escape rate,and other problems,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the present denitration system,through improving the existing ammonia injection system,optimizing the control mode of ammonia injection,realizing the precise ammonia injection control,and finally achieving the effect of improving the economic benefit of the power plant and the comprehensive environmental protection level,the utility model is favorable for popularizing and using in the same kind of generating units.
