旅游服务贸易高质量发展的瓶颈:基于先发地区的样本思考

Bottleneck of the High-Quality Development of Tourism Service Trade:Based on the Sample Thinking of the First-Developing Area

基于扩展引力模型,实证检验了我国旅游服务贸易出口先发地区---苏浙沪粤京5省(市)与主要客源国家(地区)间的贸易潜力,并以波特钻石理论为支撑,探析其主要影响因素。结果表明:5省(市)与16个客源国家(地区)之间存在着较大的贸易潜力,旅游企业固定资产原值、外资星级饭店数量、国内居民旅游人数、旅行社数量等对其存在正向促进作用。适当调整旅游业从业人员结构,增加城市公共交通工具多样化,进一步完善免签开放制度,将利于促进旅游服务贸易出口。旅游资源禀赋丰富的中西部地区可从上述方面提升,以期缩小我国目前旅游服务贸易出口格局差异,加快实现旅游服务贸易高质量发展。

Based on the extended gravity model, this paper made an empirical test on the trade potential between the five provinces(cities) of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong and Beijing and the main tourist source countries(regions).Then, this paper took Porter′s diamond theory as the support to analyze the main influencing factors.The results showed that: There was still great trade potential between 5 provinces(cities) and 16 tourist source countries(regions).The original value of fixed assets of tourism enterprises, the number of foreign star hotels, the number of domestic residents and the number of travel agencies played a positive role in promoting it.Properly adjusting the structure of tourism employees, increasing the diversification of urban public transport, and further improving the visa-free opening system were conducive to promoting the export of tourism service trade.The central and western regions rich in tourism resources need to improve in the above aspects, in order to narrow the differences in the current export pattern of China′s tourism service trade and speed up the high-quality development of tourism service trade.
