楚河水体总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群检测及其治理对策 被引量:2

摘要 随着人类社会的发展,环境水体污染问题越来越严重。楚河以明渠方式连通东湖和外沙湖,是武汉东湖水网的一条重要活水,其水质安全引人关注。通过检测水中总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群数量来判定楚河水质污染程度,采用多管发酵法、伊红美蓝划线法和革兰氏染色镜检法来判断总大肠菌群数量。结果显示,楚河水体中总大肠菌群总数为3.5×10^(6) MPN/L,粪大肠菌群为5.4×10^(6) MPN/L,楚河水质为劣Ⅴ类。本研究为判断楚河水质污染情况提供依据,为评价其水质安全提供参考。 Water pollution is becoming a serious problem along with the development of human society.Chu River is an open channel connecting the East Lake and the Sand Lake.It is supposed to be an important fresh water of the East Lake network.In this experiment,the total coliform bacteria and fecal coliform bacteria in the samples from Chu River were detected to determine the pollution degree of the water quality.The number of coliform bacteria was determined by Multi-tube fermentation method(MTF).Water samples were incubated with EMB medium and Gram staining microscopy was used for counting the number of total coliform bacteria and fecal coliform bacteria.Results showed that the number of total coliforms is 3.5×10^(6) MPN/L and that of fecal coliform bacteria is 5.4×10^(6) MPN/L,which means the Chu River quality is inferior toⅤcategories.This experiment provides a reference for judging the water pollution and for elvaluating the water quality of Chu River.
