海洋保护地内施用除草剂防治互花米草的监管研究 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,我国多处海洋保护地存在使用除草剂防治互花米草的情况,且施用除草剂对海洋保护地生态环境造成了一定威胁。为了加强对海洋保护地内施用除草剂防治互花米草的监管,从目前存在的除草剂对海洋生态环境造成的影响不清、海洋保护地施用除草剂监管制度匮乏、防治互花米草修复工程缺乏监管3个主要问题出发,有针对性地提出了要加强科学研究、完善制度建设、强化工程监管3个层面的监督管理建议,以期为海洋保护地生态环境保护的监管提供一定的依据和参考。 In recent years,herbicides have been used to control Spartina alterniflora in marine protected area in China,and the herbicides will pose a certain threat to the ecological environment of marine protected area.In order to strengthen the supervision of the application of herbicides,this paper systematically summarizes the previous studies,then makes relevant suggestions.At present,there are three main problems in supervision of herbicides application to control Spartina alterniflora in marine protected area:first,the influence of herbicides on the marine ecological environment is unclear;second,the current supervision and management regime is not perfect;third,supervision measures about ecological restoration projects of control Spartina alterniflora are lacking.The countermeasures and suggestions of how to supervise herbicides to control Spartina alterniflora in marine protected area are put forward as follow:first,strengthen the scientific research;second,improve the system construction;third,strengthen the engineering supervision.It is hoped that this analysis can provide a certain basis and reference for the supervision of the improvement of ecological environment supervision system of marine protected area.
