摘要
生态文明示范创建工作是当前生态文明建设的重要抓手和有效载体,通过对《湖南省生态文明建设示范市县建设指标》(以下简称《指标》)中指标的合理性进行探究,分类归纳出不同类型的指标问题,分析提出合理的改进和解决建议,为《指标》的进一步完善和改进提供理论依据。
The establishment of ecological civilization demonstration is an important starting point and effective carrier for the construction of ecological civilization.This paper explores the rationality of indicators in《Indicators of Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration Cities and Counties in Hunan Province》(hereinafter referred to as《Indicators》),classifies and summarizes different types of indicators,analyzes and also puts forward reasonable suggestions for improvements and solutions,at the same time,provides a theoretical basis for the further improvement of《Indicators》.
