Research on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Tourism Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校教育改革与创新是时代的需要,是人才培养的需要。文章简述五年制高职旅游管理专业创新创业人才培养存在的问题,并从树立创新创业人才培养理念、注重创新创业教育资源的优化、加强校企之间的深度合作、注重创新创业教育课程体系的优化、加强政策支持、制定完善的激励机制等方面,探讨高职旅游管理专业创新创业人才培养策略。

The educational reform and innovation of higher vocational colleges is the need of the times and the need of talent training.This paper briefly describes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of tourism management major in five-year higher vocational colleges,discusses the training strategies of innovative and entrepre-neurial talents in tourism management major in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of establishing the concept of innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation,paying attention to the optimization of innovative and entrepreneurial education resources,strengthening the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,paying attention to the optimization of innovative and entrepreneurial education curriculum system,strengthening policy support and formulating perfect incentive mechanism.
