青少年高尔夫球后备人才选拔方法分析与研究

Analysis and Research on the Selection Method of Young Golf Reserve Talents

2016年8月第31届夏季奥运会在巴西的里约热内卢举行,高尔夫球运动作为正式比赛项目重归奥运会的大舞台。中国女子选手冯珊珊经过四轮角逐,获得铜牌,这是中国高尔夫运动获得的第一枚奥运奖牌。为提高中国高尔夫运动的水平,高尔夫青少年后备人才的选拔成为一项十分重要的工作。文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对青少年高尔夫后备人才的选拔方法进行初探,得出一系列的选材方法,希望能够进一步推动中国青少年高尔夫运动的发展,为中国高尔夫球运动更好发展提供帮助。

In August 2016,the 31st Summer Olympic Games was held in Rio de Janeiro of Brazil.Golf returned to the Olympic stage as an official event.Feng Shanshan,a Chinese woman,won the bronze medal after four rounds of competition,which is the first Olympic medal won by Chinese golf.In order to improve the level of golf in China,the selection of golf youth reserve talents has become a very important work.Using the research methods of literature,interview and logical analysis,this paper probes into the selection methods of youth golf reserve talents,and obtains a series of selection methods,hoping to further promote the development of Chinese youth golf and provide help for the better development of Chinese golf.
