班级文化是班级所有或部分成员共有的信念、价值观、态度的复合体,是一个班级的灵魂,其潜移默化地影响着学生的人格养成。文章探究合作式班级文化的育人功能:在管理过程中践行“合作”、在日常教学中紧扣“合作”、在同行切磋时不忘“合作”、在文字桥梁上实现“合作”,以此发挥班级文化教育人、引导人的积极作用。

Class culture is a complex of beliefs,values and attitudes shared by all or some members of the class.It is the soul of a class,which imperceptibly affects the cultivation of students'personality.This paper explores the educational function of cooperative class culture:practicing"cooperation"in the management process,adhering to"cooperation"in daily teaching,not forgetting"cooperation"in peer discussion,and realizing"cooperation"on the text bridge,so as to give play to the positive role of class culture in educating and guiding people.
