A Comparative Study on High-quality Opening-up in Central China in the New Era

2021年4月23日,中共中央国务院发布了《关于新时代推动中部地区高质量发展的意见》,对中部六省对外开放提出了明确要求。为促进中部地区对外开放水平再上新台阶,构建内陆开放型经济新体制,首先应了解中部六省在贸易总量、融入“一带一路”建设、自贸区建设、服务外包、E贸易发展情况等方面的建设情况,剖析中部六省对外开放存在的不足和缺陷,进而提出中部六省实现高质量对外开放的战略着力点。

On April 23,2021,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Promoting High-quality Development in the Central China in the New Era,which put forward clear requirements for the opening-up of Central China.In order to promote the opening-up level of the central region to a new level and build a new inland open economic system,First,we should understand the total volume of foreign trade,the construction of“The belt,the road”,the construction of free trade zone,the outsourcing of services and the development of E trade in the six provinces of the Central China,and analyze the deficiencies and defects of the six provinces in Central China,and then put forward the focal points to achieve high-quality development of opening up in Central China.
